Prerna Rajpal founded Amaris, founded in 2012 is now a leading luxury jewellery retail brand based in Delhi. The word Amaris means eternal in Sanskrit. The brand specialises in bespoke luxury jewels diamonds, to create yet modern and bold design pieces for today’s women. She had been running her business through a Physical store in Delhi. And for the most part being a dedicated entrepreneur, she carried out the brick and mortar aspects of her business.

 

In the year 2020 the pandemic happened and it came with several lockdown restrictions. Our client swiftly realised the importance of having an online retail presence. With this vision in mind, she reached out to Progryss and we partnered with her to make her vision a reality.

1. The primary challenge was to do a smooth and seamless transition Amaris into the digital realm while maintaining the brand’s chic and sophisticated essence.

Media Integration: The website seamlessly integrated long form content in the way of blogs, news, and glimpses of celebrities adorned in Amaris jewellery, forging a sense of connection and relevance.

 

WhatsApp Integration: Direct integration with WhatsApp enabled customers to connect with a stylist instantly, enhancing the customer experience and building a personal connection.
