From merchants: store profile (name, myshopify.com domain, locale), the delivery zones and widget settings you configure, product/collection IDs and titles you assign to zones (via read_products), and your plan and billing status. Payments are handled by Shopify Billing — we never see card details.
From shoppers: the postal/PIN/ZIP code entered, the page/product context, and the lookup result. These records carry no identifying data — no name, email, phone, account, or IP — and we set no tracking cookies. We use them only for merchant-facing search analytics.
We do not collect Shopify Protected Customer Data in the core App, and we never sell data or use it for advertising.

To run the delivery check, apply your zones and settings, show you pincode search analytics, operate billing and support, and maintain security and legal compliance.

Shopify — the platform the App runs on.
Gadget (gadget.dev) — hosts our backend and database as a sub-processor.
Legal/safety — disclosures required by law or to protect rights and security.

Pincode search records: kept up to 365 days, then auto-deleted.
Merchant configuration: kept while the App is installed.
On uninstall: all store data is permanently deleted within 48 hours via Shopify’s shop/redact webhook.

The App implements the mandatory webhooks — customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact. Because we store no customer-identifying data, there is nothing to return or redact for an individual shopper; shop/redact deletes the whole store’s data.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access-controlled, and isolated per store on Shopify and Gadget infrastructure. Data may be processed in countries other than yours; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Under laws like GDPR (EEA/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California) you may access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, and we do not “sell” or “share” it. Merchants can contact us or uninstall (which triggers deletion). Shoppers should contact the store they used, as the merchant is the data controller; since lookup records hold no identifying data, we generally cannot link one to an individual.
The App is for businesses and is not directed to children. We may update this policy and will change the “Last updated” date above; continued use means acceptance.
